Hey Planet Mince

Hey Planet Mince has the nutrition, texture and umami notes of meat, but the low climate impact of plants. It’s based on buffalo beetle powder and pea protein, and in 2021 the Copenhagen-based startup, Hey Planet, was ready to show it to the world. I helped by creating the concept of the world’s first sustainable meat and launching a succesful PR and SoMe campaign.
